Instructions for the Healing Session –
As
with life, you are responsible for participating in your own healing
by showing up, paying attention to what has heart and meaning for
you, telling your truth and becoming open to the outcome (as opposed
to attached to the outcome). In practical terms, after initial phone
or email communication, the healing session is scheduled for a certain
day and time that you can relax and truly receive the energy being
sent. I recommend that you consider this healing time as sacred
and set aside the space and time not to be disturbed.
-
The
client has to be willing and able to make changes in their life.
-
Be
fully relaxed and in a peaceful state of mind.
-
Prepare
a comfortable place where you can rest uninterrupted and with minimal
distractions.
-
You
may want to light a candle and play soft music during the session.
-
Remove
all metal you can from your body along with your shoes.
-
If
necessary, have a sheet or blanket to keep you comfortable and
warm.
-
During
the session, just relax. Surrender and allow yourself the luxury
of turning this over to a force greater than you. There is nothing
special for you to do. You may be aware that something is taking
place. You may have thoughts or feelings that pop up along with
sensations such as warmth, pressure, or tingling.
-
If
it helps you to focus, you can repeat to yourself: "I am ready,
willing and able to receive what is highest and best for me now."
-
After
the session you may feel sleepy, so allow yourself time when making
your appointment to drift off for awhile. Your soul determines
what is in order for you, so stay aware of how you feel and follow
through with your own inner guidance.
-
Say "Thank
You" to yourself, Spirit and the Universe for the healing
session.
